They try but just can't get out all together. Customer service is good but you just expect something to not be right in every order. Tonight, wood grilled chicken on rice pilaf with peppercorn dressing. Got the order, dry chicken breast on plate, no pilaf, no sauce dressing. Kind of disappointing. Similar experience every visit.

We love Logan's and I always order Meatloaf and it is amazing every time. But Sunday it was nasty. I scrub my tongue with Lemon trying to get the taste out of my mouth. They did take it off our bill and offer me something else and of course I said no. Please bring back the Meatloaf that I loved. THANK YOU....

The waitress was awesome, but you can tell the management is not nice to their employees. We saw our waitress upset and crying at one point. The food was ok, except one person in our group kept getting under cooked chicken wings. They sent them back twice and the 3rd time we just told them to forget l.
